Bankrupt Blues

Last night I babysat Laura and DJ's boys while they went to an indoor football game and dinner with the adults in DJ's family. Me and the kids had alot of fun, Gage played games on the Thomas and Friends website and drove all of is cars and trains aound the kitchen while Cayden and Mayson challenged me to a THRILLING game of Monopoly: The Disney-Pixar Edition. We had alot of fun, and I was using my knowledge of many past experiences of playing Monopoly to buy the best land and spend my money wisely. So of course after all the properties were bought and all of the deals were made, Cayden paid enough money to build an Al's Toy Barn (Disney's Hotels) on his cheapest properties, the cheapest on the board. After time went by, Cayden was killing both of us! He told us we could merge into one team to play against him, so we did. After the merger, Mayson and I owned most of the Board, all but the Dark Purples (the cheapest on the board), the Transports, and The dreaded Boardwalk and Park Place spaces. We had the advantage, except for the luck of the Roll. Everytime we got to that corner we landed on Boardwalk with a Toy Barn! Mayson soon went to bed and Cayden and I kept playing, he never landed on my Toy Barns! So, after hours of playing Monopoly, the truth came out, I was experiencing the Bankrupt Blues and had lost the game to my 9 year old Nephew (I gotta know his secret!)
