So here are some updates on Maxwell and Isaac....

Max is still the crazy energetic little nephew of mine, but now he has a brother to torment and then snuggle with!!! (hmmm, maybe he takes after his grandma and purposely makes isaac cry just so he can hug him after...)----- You have to admit, he is so stinkin' cute!

Isaac is a cute lil' guy, WOW he has some good lungs! This cutie can scream better than anybody!! (must take after his mom)

I am happy to announce that our very own E. Kent Sundberg has his very own building! He came home from work this week and told us a story about what happened to him at work that day (if you want to hear the entire story you will have to ask him), but at the end of the story he announced that his fellow members of the "Peaks Ice Arena" board named a buliding after him! We are so proud! (Did I mention they were the bathrooms located in the parking lot of the Peaks Ice Arena????) Yes indeed, our Daddy has public restrooms named after him!!!!

Laura had just taken her boys to the museum a week before we went and when we went I wanted to get a picture of the boys by the shark and Mayson said it was too scary. I asked him if I could do it really fast. He told me, "I guess I will be very brave and you can take it really fast."

This is a picture of Dad's nasty vegan cookie. We got it at the farmer's market in Union Square - $2 down the drain - it really tasted like dirt with a little honey in it.

This is really random.

So I have been looking for a good water bottle that will fit in my bag - and that will hold alot of water for the day (the school's water is nasty). I bought a smartwater (beacuse of Ashley) and have been filling that up. It fits perfectly in my bag, and it is just the right amount of water.

Dad took me to a BYU baseball game on Saturday to entertain me while Deven was finishing final stuff. It was fun! It got me in baseball mode. I have watched a few Cubs games, (they are doing pretty good so far) and I have grown to really like Lou Pinella (the coach). Every time this commercial comes on I laugh - so Dad - this is for you!

Apparently the sudzing soaps are .94 cents at Walmart and Target, and the coupon is for $1 off, so the soap is free! (we all love free stuff)

Or if you want other Buddies products like shampoo, handsoap, body wash, yadda yadda, then you get $1 off the price. you can print each coupon out twice. just click on the words "$1 off any Johnson's buddies product" etc and it will allow you to print off the coupon. Get Out Of The Car!

On Saturday when the men in the family went to the Priesthood session of Conference, the girls sat home and chilled with eachother while watching the children. While we were sitting around in the kitchen talking, my mom handed Andrea an article my dad brought home from work one day and told her to read it out loud. Andrea gladly took the piece of paper and read this aloud-

GET OUT OF THE CAR!

(This is supposedly a true account recorded in the Police Log if Sarasota, Florida.)

An elderly Florida lady did her shopping and, upon returning to her car, found four males in the act of leaving with her vehicle.

She dropped her shopping bags and drew her handgun, proceeding to scream at the top of her lungs, "I have a gun, and I know how to use it! Get out of the car!"

The four men didn't wait for a second threat. They got out and ran like mad.

The lady, somewhat shaken, then proceeded to load her shopping bags into the back of the car and got into the driver's seat. She was so shaken that she could not get her key into the ignition.

She tried and tried, and then she realized why. It was for the same reason she had wondered why there was a Frisbee and two 12-packs of beer in the front seat.

A few minutes later, she found her own car parked four or five spaces farther down.

She loaded her bags into the car and drove to the police station to report her mistake.

The sergeant to whom she told the story couldn't stop laughing.

He pointed to the other end of the counter, where four pale men were reporting a car jacking by a mad, elderly woman described as white, less than five feet tall, glasses, curly white hair, and carrying a large handgun.

No charges were filed.

Moral of the story?

If you're going to have a senior moment... make it memorable.

When Andrea finished reading this story, we were all laughing so hard! I just had to share it with all of you!!

Bankrupt Blues

Last night I babysat Laura and DJ's boys while they went to an indoor football game and dinner with the adults in DJ's family. Me and the kids had alot of fun, Gage played games on the Thomas and Friends website and drove all of is cars and trains aound the kitchen while Cayden and Mayson challenged me to a THRILLING game of Monopoly: The Disney-Pixar Edition. We had alot of fun, and I was using my knowledge of many past experiences of playing Monopoly to buy the best land and spend my money wisely. So of course after all the properties were bought and all of the deals were made, Cayden paid enough money to build an Al's Toy Barn (Disney's Hotels) on his cheapest properties, the cheapest on the board. After time went by, Cayden was killing both of us! He told us we could merge into one team to play against him, so we did. After the merger, Mayson and I owned most of the Board, all but the Dark Purples (the cheapest on the board), the Transports, and The dreaded Boardwalk and Park Place spaces. We had the advantage, except for the luck of the Roll. Everytime we got to that corner we landed on Boardwalk with a Toy Barn! Mayson soon went to bed and Cayden and I kept playing, he never landed on my Toy Barns! So, after hours of playing Monopoly, the truth came out, I was experiencing the Bankrupt Blues and had lost the game to my 9 year old Nephew (I gotta know his secret!)

Today we had a birthday party for Easton who will be two years old tomorrow. He was so cute when he was opening his presents, he was excited to get everything. Well, I guess the Sundberg's are entering the blogging craze! (Thanks Ash ;) !!) Just an update on the Julie and Parker family.

*Parker is plugging away at real estate. Things are starting to pick up with spring around the corner. He can't wait for it to warm up so he can go play outside with Easton more.

*I (Julie) have had a WONDERFUL and exciting month. . . not really. I have been sick with who knows what--and that is the truth! The doctors don't know! I have had jaundice for a month and the doctors are trying to figure out why. Tests and more tests and more tests. Today they took 7 vials of blood from me! CRAZY!

*Easton will be 2 on the 9th of this month! It seems so weird that I have a two year old! He is definitely becoming 2 though, the NO word is said WAY TOO MUCH from him! He is a sweetie though and we have to laugh at him most of the time even when he is getting mad at us.

*Keagan is almost 5 months and is a smiley, sweet baby! She is getting interested in toys and will let you know when she is bored and needs something to play with! She loves when people talk to her and will grin and try to talk back! We love it!
